We strive for accurate product descriptions, but do not guarantee color, specifications, or availability. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made via accepted methods through secure processors.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly if we suspect reselling or misuse. Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lake County, Illinois, under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration fees will follow AAA guidelines; we may cover excessive fees at our discretion.

Note: Any dispute must be brought within one year of the cause of action. If necessary, court proceedings will take place in Lake County, Illinois.

15. Miscellaneous

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SynthElite Research.

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
