Our Shipping Commitment

At SynthElite Research, we are committed to the fast and secure delivery of our research-grade peptides to support your scientific work.

We ship exclusively within the United States via UPS and UPS SurePost, with expedited UPS shipping options available at checkout.

Order Processing

• Orders placed with completed payment by 4:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the next business day.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST, on weekends, or federal holidays will ship within 2 business days.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times for orders within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states):

• UPS SurePost: 3–5 business days

• UPS Ground: 2–4 business days

• Expedited UPS: 1–2 business days (depending on service selected at checkout)

Note: Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues or holidays.

Free Shipping

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping via UPS SurePost.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and will include additional fees based on the service selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a “Package Shipped” email containing a UPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the UPS website.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation at support@synthelite.shop.

Include the following:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photo evidence, if applicable

All shipping issues are addressed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Return Policy.

Note: For packages marked “delivered” by UPS, claims must be made within 7 days. We cannot process claims beyond that time or for lost packages that are confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier.
