At SynthElite Research, we are committed to providing high-quality, research-grade peptides. Each batch is independently verified through third-party laboratory testing. Due to the specialized nature of our products—which are intended strictly for scientific research and not for human consumption—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind or buyer preference.
Order Issues
If your order is missing items, contains incorrect products, or includes defective items due to manufacturing errors, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@synthelite.shop.
We handle such issues on a case-by-case basis, which may include, at our discretion, a refund or replacement—provided the issue is verified.
To initiate a claim, please:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items).

Do not return products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Claims involving misuse, including any use for human consumption, are not eligible.

If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue was caused by our error.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled prior to processing and shipment by contacting support@synthelite.shop.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.
